As much as we love our furry friends, we cannot accommodate them in consideration of guests with allergies. • No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building or suites. There is a designated smoking area at the rear of the building; please use only this shared patio space. No open flames of any kind inside. • Events and parties are welcome. We ask that you remain considerate of neighbors and follow all house guidelines, especially regarding noise during quiet hours. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome. Please note that the property is not childproof and there may be open stairwells, balconies, and fire escapes—children must be supervised at all times. • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times out of respect for neighbors and fellow guests. • Please be mindful when using balconies: no hanging, sitting, or leaning on railings. Use at your own risk and be considerate of guests below. • Report any damages immediately so we can maintain a comfortable environment for all guests. • By booking, you understand that the owners, hosts, and employees are not liable for injury or harm to any member of your party.
